Evolve Group is working up proposals for the development of a new golf course with a multi-sport facility at Windmill Hill Golf Course, West Bletchley. Following the exhibition of the latest proposals at Xscape Milton Keynes on 15th February we held a month-long consultation period which ended on 14 March. During this time, exhibition boards were available to view at West Bletchley Council offices and a summary board of the proposal was provided at Shenley Brook End & Tattenhoe Parish Council office. Presentations were given by Evolve and their consultants David Lock Associates followed by Q&A sessions at Parish Meetings on 24 February (Shenley Brook End & Tattenhoe) and 3 March (West Bletchley). Now that this consultation period is closed, Evolve will be reviewing the feedback received in person and via the questionnaires and written responses. A summary of the feedback and any changes to the proposal made in light of responses will be set out as part of a Statement of Community Involvement which will accompany a planning application later in the year. Once a planning application is submitted Milton Keynes Council will run further, statutory, public consultation. Meanwhile, we will keep people informed of progress on SportsHub MK via this website.
